Refund Policy
Organized by: Pertubuhan Generasi Digital Malaysia (PGDM)

1. Non-Refundable Fees
All registration and administration fees paid to participate in Asian Pop Stars are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  1. Early Bird Fee ($10 USD)
  2. Normal Registration Fee ($18 USD)

This policy applies regardless of:

  1. Voluntary withdrawal from the program
  2. Disqualification due to rule violations or false information
  3. Failure to be selected in any round of the competition

2. No Partial Refunds
No partial refunds will be issued for bundled services (e.g., PGDM and APSClub memberships, merchandise discounts, or digital certificates).

3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued if the program is cancelled entirely by PGDM and not rescheduled within 12 months. In such cases, refund terms will be communicated officially.
